Timsa Naylor
Workers Compensation and Personal Injury
Timsa has extensive experience managing cases in the areas of both Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation. In 35 years as a Legal Assistant with the law office, she has worked on hundreds of Workers’ Comp cases — making filings, researching, providing supporting documents and requested information, and deftly managing the many deadlines that are ever-present on these types of cases. Timsa relates to people, and Personal Injury cases motivate her to invest her time and energy when people aren’t treated fairly or are victims of negligence. She is a graduate of Somerset Community College.
Matthew D. Knight
Social Security
Matthew’s work centers on Social Security Disability cases. He has an affinity for understanding each client’s particular needs, and he becomes their voice in the SSD system. He has over 12 years of experience guiding clients through the various steps and processes of application, including gathering all necessary medical evidence and supporting documents, applying or re-applying, and preparing for a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. Matthew is a Legal Assistant. He graduated in 2001 from Georgetown College with a Master’s degree in Education from Morehead State University.
Katie Knight
Workers Compensation
Katie has over 10 years of experience handling a wide variety of legal matters at the law office. During that time, her focus has been predominantly on the complex procedures of Workers Compensation cases. Katie’s extensive experience with Workers’ Comp deadlines, filings, extensions, supporting documents, refilings, etc, is invaluable in dealing with the, sometimes, frustrating procedures of a government agency. Katie is a Legal Assistant. She is a 2004 graduate of Georgetown College with additional graduate hours in psychology from Cumberland University.
Erin Dunaway
Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injury and Probate
Erin is active in much of the office’s Personal Injury work, and she is the point person for, both, Probate and Motor Vehicle Accident cases. For accident and injury victims, she works to initiate medical benefits and income replacement. Erin also begins gathering medical records and bills, as well as income data to prepare organized filings in preparation for litigation. In Probate cases, Erin prepares and files legal documents, and manages key points in the process for families of deceased loved ones. She is a Legal Assistant and a 2011 graduate of Somerset Community College.
